He has lead or collaborated on numerous Oracle development projects for Fortune 1000 companies and for numerous governmental agencies. Phong is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of Concept Solutions, a leading IT company that has been growing consistently for the last 10 years. He has the business experience combined with a deep understanding and passion for Oracle-based products that can resonate confidence in the Oracle development community. Phong holds a BA in Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University and an MS in Finance from the George Washington University.
John Krahulec is a founder, executive vice president, and COO of Bizwhazee, a software company focused on Enterprise solutions. He developed the underlying architecture for TURBO Enterprise, an Enterprise Web 2.0 solution which allows IT developers to easily fuse Web 2.0 technologies with enterprise back-end data to produce Rich Web Applications (RWA) in an Enterprise environment. John has been a guest speaker about the benefits of database centric application development at many Oracle and AJAX conferences such as AjaxWorld, ODTUG, RMOUG, SEOUC and VOUG. With over nineteen years of enterprise IT experience, John brings a unique perspective to RWA development, having developed databases for both desktop and Web applications.
Mike Shields is the leading integrator of Rich Web Application UI with the Oracle database He has more than 13 years of experience in RDBMS database design, data management, automation, and online content infrastructure and deployment. Mike spent six years as a software engineer with America Online, Inc., where he gained expertise in content infrastructure, deployment, and technical training. Among his successes with AOL, Mike served as the technical lead and designer for a variety of AOL news and entertainment content sites, including CBS and ABC News, CBS and ABC Sports, MTV, Nickelodeon, The Late Show with David Letterman, and Electronic Arts.

Prior to this role, Mr. Lantuh was Vice President of the NetWitness Product Group, a Division of ManTech International, where he was brought in to run day to day operations and to formulate the NetWitness Group┐s management buy-out. Mr. Lantuh brings 17 years of Sales and Marketing leadership, fund raising & start up experience, ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 100. From 1999 to 2003, while at Cisco, Mr. Lantuh built and led two nationwide sales teams in both the Enterprise and Carrier markets, closing some of Cisco┐s largest accounts and deals while exceeding revenue targets. Mr. Lantuh has also led the sales, marketing and business development efforts of pre-revenue start-ups in the security, software, wireless and networking spaces leading to three acquisitions and an IPO.
